Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the beef into small crumbles, until it is fully browned and the onion is soft.
Step 2: Season the Beef
Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Stir well to combine. Drain any excess grease to keep the tortillas from becoming soggy.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce (Optional)
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of the sauce in the center, if using. Top with the seasoned beef, cheddar and mozzarella, chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, and diced tomato.
Step 5: Fold the Wraps
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito, making sure the filling is securely enclosed.
Step 6: Toast and Serve
Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Slice in half and serve immediately with fries, potato chips, or extra burger sauce for dipping.
