Are you using the right compartment?

The prewash section is intended for programs that include this phase and can be used when indicated by the chosen program, for example for particularly dirty garments.

The detergent intended for the normal wash cycle should generally be added to the main wash section.

The fabric softener section is intended for fabric softener or other compatible products, which are normally released during the rinse phase.

Pay attention to the maximum filling level

It’s important not to exceed the fill levels indicated inside the individual compartments. Excessive detergent does not necessarily result in cleaner laundry and can lead to residue buildup in the washing machine and on fabrics.

For the correct dosage, refer to the instructions on the product packaging and, where necessary, to the specific instructions from the washing machine manufacturer.

Properly dividing your detergent is important, but there’s one last thing you shouldn’t overlook: regular maintenance of your entire washing machine can help maintain good performance for longer.
